Shaun T’s CIZE Dance Workout: Size Really Does Matter

Not everyone enjoys working out. Some people would rather do anything but spend an hour or two at the gym lifting weights and jogging in place on a treadmill. For those who want to get fit but need some sort of mental stimulation while doing it to keep from getting bored, CIZE Dance Workout could be the solution.
Brought to you by Shaun T, CIZE Dance Workout uses professionally choreographed routines spaced across three DVDs and 30 days—to help you get a dancer’s body and achieve your fitness goals. Shaun claims that each move for every routine is broke down step by step, so that you can work your way up at your own pace.

But most of all, CIZE Dance Workout is claimed to not only provide cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening, and overall muscle toning, but also to help anyone lose weight while still having fun. Over the course of an hour, you can burn anywhere between 370 and 610 calories, depending on the type of dancing  you’re doing (e.g. hip hop, ballroom, country western, etc.), pace, and weight (generally, the heavier you are, the more calories you’ll burn).

Compare CIZE Dance Workout to other forms of high impact aerobic exercise, playing a game of basketball, golfing, running, and playing baseball, and you’ll see that dancing can definitely help boost your metabolism, although it falls in the middle of the pack as far as total calories burned.

For those who can spend an hour or two sweating over the same workout routine day in and day out, there’s no reason to look any further. And for those who have spent a great deal of their time dancing to their favorite hip hop songs and longing for this to be a “good enough” way to lose weight, listen up. CIZE Dance Workout provides the ability to use dance and fun activities to actually enhance your ability to lose weight and get fit.

INSANITY MAX:30 by Shaun T

INSANITY MAX:30 is another successful DVD workout by Shaun T. We all know that Shaun T is known for the T25 workout and other Insanity workouts. So, what's the difference between INSANITY MAX:30 and his other Insanity workouts? INSANITY MAX:30 is defined by Beachbody as "The craziest 30 minutes of your day..." because in those 30 minutes, it will give  you extraordinary results with lean, shredded ripped bodies. Do you think that it's possible? Their test group has actually done it and got the results doing the INSANITY MAX:30 for just 30 minutes a day in a matter of 60 days.

INSANITY MAX:30 is really intense and tough so at first, you probably won't finish the whole duration of the workout. That's understandable. What Shaun T needs you to do is do your very best for as long as you can until you've exerted all of your efforts. You just need to catch your breath, take a break, write down the exact time that you've maxed out and just go back and finish your workout after.

No equipment or weights are needed for INSANITY MAX:30. Just pure workout until you max out. It includes 12 workouts in 10 DVDs:
Alternate Cardio and Tabata-style Strength workouts for Month 1
  • Cardio Challenge - 30 minutes of the hardest cardio sequences you’ve ever tried. Welcome to INSANITY MAX:30.

  • Tabata Power - Your strength training starts here with traditional Tabata-style “20 seconds on, 10 seconds off” workout structure. Your muscles will beg for mercy.
  • Sweat Intervals - Just in case you didn’t think Cardio Challenge was hard enough, you’ll have 30 minutes of screaming, sweating, calorie-scorching madness.
  • Tabata Strength - Shaun T takes it up a notch in this no rest, Tabata-style strength workout.
  • Friday Fight: Round 1 - It's a battle between your body and your mind as you fight for time in this MAX OUT challenge. And this is just Round 1.

Workouts for Month 2
  • MAX OUT Cardio - This may be the craziest cardio workout you ever tried. Just wait till you get to the first Power Move.
  • MAX OUT Power - The intervals are longer in this “45 seconds on, 15 seconds off” Tabata-style plyometric power madness.

  • MAX OUT Sweat - The more minutes you make it through, the more you sweat and the more calories you burn.
  • MAX OUT Strength - Your arms, shoulders, chest, and core will be toast after this upper-body-focused, “45 seconds on, 15 seconds off” Tabata-style routine.
  • Friday Fight: Round 2 - The new “hardest workout ever.” Every move is a minute in this final fight between your body and your mind. Who’s going to win?

INSANITY MAX:30 has also included 2 bonus workouts which is Pulse. It is a low-impact combo of stretching and small "pulsing" movements that'll definitely make you feel the burn. The other one is Ab Attack: 10. It is a 10-minute routine in which you will feel like an attack on your abs, but you'll love the rock-hard results. It also includes the following tools and guides:
  • Nutrition to the Max Guide - No complicated diets or strict meal plans here. This simple portion-based plan shows you how to eat what you love and still reach your fitness goals.
  • MAX Out Guide - The secret to great results with INSANITY MAX:30? Pushing to your Max every day. See how to do it, and why it’ll help you get insanely fit.
  • MAX Out Wall Calendar - Find out which workout to do each day and keep track of your Max Out times to see your progress.
  • No Time to Cook Guide - From fine dining to fast food, you’ll know the best options to fuel your body and stay on track every time.

INSANITY MAX:30 is a solid workout but don't get intimidated by it as it has a low impact modifier which gives you alternate ways to do certain exercises if you cannot do it. INSANITY MAX:30 is a very effective and motivational tool to use to have a hard-rockin' body.
