UFC Fit Home Workout Program is
comprised of 12 UFC workout DVDs, 12-week workout tracker, and a 132-page
lifestyle and nutrition manual. The lifestyle
and nutrition manual is composed with training tips, grocery list, meal plans
and healthy recipes. The workout ranges between 25 to 40 minutes including warm
up and cool down. If you follow the UFC Fit Home Workout Program, you get to be

There are four three-week
interval training segments in the UFC Fit Home Workout Program. The first few
weeks are designed to develop your strength, flexibility and conditioning in
