UFC Fit Home Workout Program

UFC Fit Home Workout Program is comprised of 12 UFC workout DVDs, 12-week workout tracker, and a 132-page lifestyle and nutrition manual.  The lifestyle and nutrition manual is composed with training tips, grocery list, meal plans and healthy recipes. The workout ranges between 25 to 40 minutes including warm up and cool down. If you follow the UFC Fit Home Workout Program, you get to be trained six days a week, leaving Sunday as your rest day.   • Striker Strength - focuses back to the complementary pushing muscles of the upper and lower body that we trained in Power Punch but rounds are longer, and the cardiovascular demand continues to increase.
  • Grapple Strength - focusing on the opposing, pulling muscles of the upper and lower body in a series of challenging circuits.
  • Ultimate Fit Challenger - fast-paced high intensity, action-packed workouts that mimic the pace of a UFC competition.
  • Ultimate Fit Champion - new exercises designed to push your entire body to its limits.
  • Cardio Cross Train - incorporates kickboxing techniques suited to burning body fat.
  • Ab Assassin - dedicated to firming and shaping of muscles surrounding the core and glutes.
  • Ultimate Stretch Flex - the focus is a low-intensity workout allowing your body and mind to recover from the intense pace of other workouts.
  • Shark Attack - simulates the ‘shark tank rounds’ in UFC training camps.

There are four three-week interval training segments in the UFC Fit Home Workout Program. The first few weeks are designed to develop your strength, flexibility and conditioning in preparation for the training in the later weeks. You just get better each week so by Week 12, you are definitely going to be in the absolute best shape of your life just like a UFC athlete.
