Fitbit One Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker

The Fitbit One Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker is one of the most successful fitness activity trackers out in the market and certainly one product that has a lot of features in store. Fitbit One counts steps taken, distance traveled, stairs climbed, and calories burnt. In sleep mode, it tracks the number of times you got up or were awake, and gives a calculated quality of sleep score.

The Fitbit One charges fast using a USB adapter and the battery lasts up to a week. Come to think of it, The Fitbit One stays on day and night, so the battery  is awesome. You can wear the Fitbit One on your waistband, carry it inside your pocket, clip it to your bra or neckline, or wear it as a pendant. The device is precise without worrying about position.

Fitness is a physical condition which includes working out, sleeping well, eating and drinking the right way. It seems hard to be fit but the Fitbit One makes everything easier than ever before. This type of mechanism is mainly about convincing you to be active. Fitbit One’s activity list leads-off with steps taken, followed by floors climbed and distance traveled, all stats largely revolving around walking or running. It is designed to be attached to your body throughout the day, so that it may measure your overall level of activities. Maybe take the stairs a bit more, walk the long way to lunch and your car or simple pay attention to what you eat. Fitbit One has a display that allows you to get feedback from the device itself about what you have done.

The Fitbit One can track what you have consumed, logging different types of foods from their database or your own personal foods. They have a Food Plan feature and a calories in/calories out indicator to help you track your diet. The calorie number you see on your Fitbit One includes your basal metabolic rate and the calories you burn even at rest. It is meant to be used as part of a total daily calorie balance rather than showing only exercise calories burned.

Fitbit One should work well for you. It will make you work hard to be healthier in a way which fits your lifestyle. If you are prepared to put in the effort, Fitbit One is a great way to track your progress. It is an awesome little piece of device that becomes part of your daily routine. I highly recommend Fitbit One for those of you who want to lose weight.
