The 21-Day Sugar Detox Cookbook for Any Program Level

I remember writing about one of the books of Diane Sanfilippo which is Practical Paleo: A Customized Approach to Health and a Whole-Foods Lifestyle. Today, it is all about her latest book called “The 21-Day Sugar Detox Cookbook: Over 100 Recipes for Any Program Level”. There are more than 100 recipes included in this book that are gluten, legume, dairy and sugar-free recipes. In her Sugar Detox Cookbook, it also includes a 21-day meal plan for you to start fighting your cravings for sugar and carbs.

The Sugar Detox Cookbook has 240 pages in total. It includes a guide on which meal plan and level that you should follow that would fit your lifestyle. Sugar Detox Cookbook also includes easy recipes on Soups, Salads, Side dishes, main dishes, snacks, treats, sauces and spreads. What I like about this book is that it's not just an ordinary recipe book, Sugar Detox Cookbook also gives you a guide to common food allergens that you will encounter in your lifetime, recommended products and brands to use, a guide to fats and oil, and a whole lot more. You will definitely learn a lot from it. It is very informative.

Just seeing the word detox might mean that the recipes in the Sugar Detox Cookbook have bland, boring and complicated recipes. You're wrong! The mouth-watering recipes in this book are easy and quick to prepare.

You might also want to check Diane Sanfilippo other books. The first one is Practical Paleo: A Customized Approach to Health and a Whole-Foods Lifestyle. It is not just a recipe book but it is also a guide for us to eat healthy by avoiding processed foods. By doing so, you will look and feel good plus you also will be losing weight. Practical Paleo Cookbook will help you decrease or completely take out symptoms associated with common health disorders. The other book is called The 21-Day Sugar Detox: Bust Sugar & Carb Cravings Naturally”. This book will help you reset your body and your habits. It also includes special modifications for athletes, pregnant women, nursing moms, and people who have autoimmune conditions. Again, The 21-Day Sugar Detox: Bust Sugar & Carb Cravings Naturally is an informational book with great recipes.

The Sugar Detox Cookbook is recommended for everyone who wants to improve on the way they eat but best of all, it will be much better if you have all of Diane Sanfilippo’s books for guidance to being healthy.

Garden of Life Raw Meal

Garden of Life Raw Meal is a 100% pure organic raw meal replacement powder which was created to your satisfy hunger and to provide you energy, while providing your body all of the beneficial nutrients you would find in a healthy meal replacement drink. Garden of Life Raw Meal is a sustaining raw meal, one that truly gives to the needs of each individual who want to live healthy in spite of their hectic schedule.

Garden of Life Raw Meal is more of a complete vegan meal than merely a superfood supplement. It's also certified USDA Organic, which means it's truly organic. Raw foods deliver more supplements than it is cooked since cooking destroys many  nutrients including the phytochemicals responsible for many of the health supporting benefits offered by raw, living foods due to heat.

I really like Garden of Life Raw Meal. It's a proportional taste that works just fine with water or your favorite milk and it's not very sweet.  The nutritional information list of Garden of Life Raw Meal is quite impressive and counts over 25 compounds, including protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, complex sugars for slow energy release, electrolytes and trace elements. Garden of Life is kosher, vegan, gluten, lactose and dairy free; and contains no artificial sweeteners or preservatives, but only the best elements derived from natural sources. It comes with 4 different flavors namely: Chocolate, Vanilla, Vanilla Spiced Chai and Original. If you are traveling, Garden of Life Raw Meal can be added to your bag to nourish your body anywhere you go.

Every nutrient in the Garden of Life Raw Meal is provided to you in exactly the right balance. We normally do not have any regulations over the nutrients we take in when we consume homemade  cooked meals.

Garden of Life Raw Meal is a complete whole foods supplement that has NO fillers like other popular brands out there. Some popular brands that we see use a filler inulin, which is promoted as a healthy sweetener and prebiotics, but actually causes digestion distress, bloating.  A suitable meal-on-the-go, Garden of Life Raw Meal is convenient for almost anyone including those on vegetarian or vegan diets, those on low carbohydrate diets, or those with sensitivities to dairy, whey, or other protein sources. It offers the nutrition of a well-balanced, healthy meal. For those of you looking for something organic, vegetarian, vegan, or raw certified this is probably the one for you!
