Work It with Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Program

I am loving all the Beachbody workouts. Believe me, we are not sponsored by the company so everything that we have tried from Beachbody is bought. With a hectic schedule that we all have, what we need is a workout that we can do at home. Another Beachbody Workout Program that I’ve tried is the Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Program. It is a kit with 2 DVDs that has 8 workouts, Quick Start Mission Guide, Basic Training Action Plan, Rations for Results Nutrition Field Guide and Cold Start Pre-Workout Drill.

Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Program is a challenging workout since the techniques shown are used by the military but fear not, you just need to dedicate your 22 minutes a day with the simple to follow workouts. Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Program is intense and in just 8 weeks, you’ll see the difference that you’re back in shape.

Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Program is a combination of cardio and resistance training that covers a lot in your body and will also help you to lose weight fast while gaining strength. Just a warning: Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Program will make you sweat. This workout program can be used by men and women even if you’re a beginner.

You don’t need a lot of equipment with Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Program. This is a perfect program if you don’t have much time to exercise each day so no excuses to skip working out. You just need to do it 6 times a week. This is one of my favorite Beachbody workouts. I was kind of hesitant at first to purchase the Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Program because it seems like a military training and I have no idea what that is but got curious. That’s what makes it fun, seeing everyone in uniforms and doing the exercise in unison.
